Ripe Bael fruit (Aegle marmelos) is regarded as best of all laxatives. It cleans and tones up the intestines. For best results - it should be taken in the form of sherbet. The unripe or half-ripe fruit is perhaps the most effective remedy for chronic diarrhea and dysentery where there is no fever. The leaves are soaked overnight in water and that water is strained and taken in the morning is an effective remedy for peptic ulcer.

Tips: Be kind to your vocal cords
  •     Don’t smoke;
  •     Don’t spend lot of time around smokers, charcoal grills, and other sources of smoke
  •     Avoid indoor air polluted with fragrances, harsh cleaners, and the like
  •     Get enough sleep
  •     If you are required to talk all day, rest your voice in the evening.
  •     Drink plenty of fluids to keep your throat hydrated.
  •     Eliminate alcoholic beverages if you have voice problems.
  •     Avoid continual clearing of your throat, shouting, cheering too loudly.
  •     If you whisper, don’t do so forcefully or for long time . Whispering is hard on vocal cords and not a good way to rest your voice.
